Work is performed as described in the contract; timelines are estimates and subject to factors like weather, permits, or material availability.

Payments Deposits and payments follow MHIC limits and contract terms (e.g., deposits ≤1/3 of price). Final payment due upon substantial completion.

Warranties and Liability

We provide workmanship warranties as detailed in your contract.
Services provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law—no additional implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., property damage from unrelated causes, loss of use). Liability is limited to the contract value.

Disputes Governed by Maryland law. Any disputes resolved in Maryland courts.

Termination

We may suspend services for non-payment or breach. You may cancel per law and policy above.
